An unidentified man grabbed the microphone away from Greta Thunberg during a climate rally in Amsterdam after the scold invited a Palestinian woman on stage and demanded “freedom” and “climate justice.”
Thunberg has been under fire recently for conveying “solidarity” with Gaza following the Hamas terrorist attacks in Israel that killed over 1,400 people, including at least 32 Americans.
The woman, according to the Times of Israel, was introduced by Thunberg, who said, “As a climate justice movement, we have to listen to the voices of those who are being oppressed and those who are fighting for freedom and for justice.”
Earlier during the same rally, Reuters reported that this same woman had her speech cut short by organizers after saying, “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free,” a phrase Jewish groups contend is a call for the eradication of Israel.

Man Grabs Thunberg’s Mic
At least one of Thunberg’s fellow climate activists didn’t appreciate her turning Sunday’s rally in Amsterdam into a commentary on war in the Middle East.
As such, he expressed those sentiments by marching across the stage and briefly grabbing her mic.
The man said that he “came here for a climate demonstration, not a political view.”

Before the incident, chants of “Palestine will be free” could be heard from the crowd.

After security escorted the man off stage, Thunberg, with microphone in hand, urged the crowd to “calm down” before joining in on a “no climate justice on occupied land” chant.

Thunberg’s Pro-Hamas Sentiments
A spokesperson for the Israeli military blasted Thunberg weeks ago after she shared what critics suggest were pro-Palestinian messages on social media while ignoring victims of the Hamas terror attacks.
Thunberg had posted an image to Instagram that showed her and three other activists holding signs expressing support for Palestine, with hers reading: “Stand with Gaza.”
She also shared a post accusing Israel of carrying out a “genocide” in Gaza.
Arye Sharuz Shalicar, spokesman for the Israeli army responded by saying, “Whoever identifies with Greta in any way in the future, in my view, is a terror supporter.”
So @GretaThunberg ‘stands with Palestine’ – ignoring the hostages, the 1400 slaughtered in a terror attack and rejecting Israel’s right to defend itself.
She alienates EVERYONE concerned about the climate who doesn’t support Hamas terrorists.
Thunberg really is a prize idiot.

Thunberg was named Time Person of the Year in 2019 for her climate activism, and she was later nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize.
That year, railway company Deutsche Bahn accused Thunberg of being less than truthful following a viral tweet showing her sitting on the floor of a train due to “overcrowding.”
“It would have been even nicer if you had also reported how friendly and competently you were looked after by our team at your seat in first class,” the company wrote.
Noch schöner wäre es gewesen, wenn Du zusätzlich auch berichtet hättest, wie freundlich und kompetent Du von unserem Team an Deinem Sitzplatz in der Ersten Klasse betreut worden bist. #Greta 2/2

After having her mic briefly grabbed at Sunday’s rally, Thunberg again expressed support for Palestine, noting, “There can be no climate justice without international solidarity.”
She was a frequent foil for former President Donald Trump, who famously mocked her for having an “anger management problem.”
